A 1/8” diameter, black “plastic-like” rod commonly used for bridges. It doesn’t produce a raspy tone as metal rods do and the strings slide effortlessly across it. Can be used as a continuous rod of delrin on the treble and bass bridge. Separation of the bridge cap rods can also be done in the building process or later as desired.
