Hours of music.
Thousands of hours of music-making, preparing, practicing and arranging to produce a dozen or so recordings – it’s so difficult to try to sum up this huge part of my life in a small paragraph.  It has been one of my greatest challenges.  It has been one of my greatest accomplishments.  Every one of them is a chapter of my musical life.  But Dad sort of summed it up several times as I would produce a new recording…”Well, you did good son, but you still didn’t beat “Morning has Broken”, his and my all time favorite and still my best selling recording.  Those grand old hymns speak volumes to you if you grew up with them in your daily life and in your heart as he and I did.  But I love all types of music, its attitudes and history, color and styles and it all fits just fine on a dulcimer.  I hope you take time to hear all of my musical works – I would consider it an honor if you did.
